The coalition's leaders are anticipated to talk about collaborative economic initiatives to strengthen economic cooperation.
"I" stands for India and Israel, while "U" stands for the US and the UAE, making up the acronym "I2U2."
The global food and energy crises brought on by the conflict in Ukraine are set to take centre stage in the negotiations.
Around 4 pm, the virtual summit is anticipated to start.
On Tuesday, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) reported that the leaders would discuss potential cooperative initiatives within the "I2U2" framework and other areas of shared interest to expand the economic relationship in trade and investment in our respective regions beyond.
The I2U2 grouping was conceived during a meeting of the four countries' foreign ministers on October 18, last year.
India's bilateral strategic connections with each of the three nations have grown in recent years.
