Digital Desk: As said by the officials, a CCTV footage of Aftab Amin Poonawalla, who is in police custody for brutally killing his live-in partner Shraddha Walker, has emerged, in which he can be seen strolling with a bag.
According to the sources, the film was taken on October 18 at around 4 a.m. Investigators have begun questioning him in connection with the footage because they believe the bag contains Walker's remains, which were sliced into 35 pieces.
Based on the reports, after chopping Shraddha's body into pieces following the murder on May 18, Aftab kept them in a 300-litre fridge at the couple's rented property in Chattarpur before dispersing the parts throughout the national capital over several days.
Meanwhile, police teams searched the Mehrauli forest region again on Saturday morning for other missing remains, including the victim's skull.
On Friday, police personnel searched the DLF phase-II woodland area near Aftab's workplace in Gurugram.
Later that night, the teams went to the Chattarpur house to retrieve Shraddha's clothes in order to locate more evidence.
The criminal squad and forensic experts, according to the police, are closely inspecting the rented accommodation, the scene of the crime.
