    occurrence, two men in Udaipur's Maldas street neighbourhood decapitated a man
    on Tuesday for sharing a social media message in favour of Nupur Sharma, a
    now-suspended BJP leader, in broad daylight. Two attackers, Mohammed Riyaz
    Akhtar and Mohammed Gaus, were shown on a video of the incident carrying a
    butcher knife and claiming responsibility for the murder.



    People have taken to the
    streets to call for the culprits to be taken into custody following the
    beheading incident in Udaipur, which has shocked the entire city. The police
    are on high alert following the incident, and stores near Maldas Street have
    been closed to prevent any unfortunate incidents. CM Ashok Gehlot called the
    incident disgraceful and urged people of all faiths to remain composed. "I
    denounce the horrible killing of a young person in Udaipur. The criminals
    involved in this event will face harsh punishment. I beg everyone to keep the
    peace and refrain from disseminating the act's video, Gehlot wrote in a tweet.



    In recent development,
    Internet service has been suspended since the video is being shared massively which
    may cause a negative impact.

    1.   This afternoon in Udaipur, two men broke into Kanhaiya Lal's
    business and sliced his throat with a cleaver. Police reported that they tried
    to behead him but were unsuccessful.




    2.   On a video they captured, Kanhaiya Lal could be seen assessing
    one of the men before attacking him. The murderers threatened Prime Minister
    Narendra Modi while bragging about the killing on television.




    3.   The killers escaped after releasing the video on social media,

    Hawa Singh Ghumaria, informed reporters that they had been directed "not
    to spare anyone." Additionally, Mr. Ghumaria requested that the media not
