    Digital Desk: Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is slated to visit the northeastern states for poll campaigning.

    Amit Shah is scheduled to speak at an election rally in Aalo, in the West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on April 6. He is also expected to meet with state BJP leaders to discuss matters about the election.
     
    After concluding his Arunachal visit, the Union Home Minister will visit Tripura for a two-day election campaign on April 7. He will then later hold a road show in Agartala and a dress election rally.

    On April 8, Shah is scheduled to have an important meeting with leaders of the state BJP party before leaving Tripura. 

    Notably, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha discussed the Home Minister's upcoming visit to the state during a meeting he had with party leaders on Thursday night. 

    Additionally, the home minister will travel to Assam to participate in electoral campaigns. During his visit, he is slated to address mass gatherings in Lakhimpur and Hojai, sources said.
