Digital Desk: At least 39 members of the Myanmar Army have been arrested by the People's Defense Force and placed under arrest at the Zokhawthar Police Station in Mizoram for crossing the border illegally.

According to local accounts, each of the two Myanmar Army camps held about 60 army soldiers. According to accounts, the majority of the Myanmar Army soldiers at two camps were slain by the PDF. The PDF militants have gained control of two Myanmar camps near the Mizoram border, despite the Myanmar Army deploying jet fighters and helicopters.
