The SEBA held the rescheduled General Science examination of the HSLC test in Assam...
Digital Desk: On Thursday, at least six candidates taking the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination for General Science subject were expelled from the centre in Assam's Morigaon district.
According to sources, the event occurred at a Moirabari secondary school assessment centre, when the kids were barred from taking the exam.
It has been cleared that the students were discovered to have misbehaved in the test hall, prompting the officials to decide to prevent them from taking the exam.
It should be noted that the postponed General Science test of the HSLC examination in Assam was held today by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA).
Because of the issue surrounding question paper leak instances, the examination had to be rescheduled. The General Science (C3) question paper was allegedly leaked and made available to a subset of candidates before the exam.
Following the announcement, SEBA sent a statement advising that the examination had been cancelled.
Afterwards, the education minister of Assam turned to Twitter to reassure students that a new date will be announced soon. He advised kids not to "panic or be disheartened."
SEBA issued a notification on March 13 informing of the new date for the General Science examination.
