CM Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the foundation for a 200-bed hospital and medical college in Bongaigaon at an estimated cost of Rs 610 crore while announcing a series of development projects for the lower Assam region. On Thursday, Sarma will lay the foundation for a new medical college hospital in Assam's Morigaon district.
