    Breaking: 10 students of Ramanujan Junior College test positive for Covid-19

    Digital Desk: Nagaon district in Assam has turned into a Covid-19 hotspot after ten students of Ramanujan Junior College have tested positive for the virus in 24 hours on Tuesday.





    As per sources, all the ten students of the Ramanujan Junior College, Nagaon, stayed in the hostel. Health authorities have already started the testing process for the rest of the hostel students after detecting ten new cases.





    Moreover, the terror of Covid 19 has also started in Nagaon with additional positive cases. The Axis Bank branch has become another Covid hotspot in Nagaon.





    Sources stated that three employees of the Axis Bank branch, Nagaon, have been tested positive for Covid-19. 





    The third wave of coronavirus has officially started with major cities taking strict curbs for limiting positive cases in the country. However, Assam may meet a critical period if a third wave of Covid-19 hits the state with increasing daily positive cases. 





    Assam recorded a single-day spike of 351 Covid-19 on Monday. Two deaths were also recorded on Monday, and the recovery rate was 98.59%.
