Digital Desk: The legendary singer Zubeen Garg, born on November 18, 1972, who today turned 50 is the heartthrob of millions of fans, his musical journey has a special place in everyone's heart, he is arbitarily known for his contributions to Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi films and music. In the last thirty years, Garg has recorded over 32,000 songs in 40 different languages.
ABOUT ZUBEEN GARG:
Zubeen is well known for his devotion to music, and his soothing voice melts everybody's heart. Throughout his career, Zubeen has sung in several different languages and dialects, including Bishnupriya Manipuri, Boro, English, Goalpariya, Kannada, Karbi, Khasi, Malayalam, Marathi, Mising, Nepali, Odia, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Tiwa.
He is also a musician who plays Ananda Lohori, dhol, dotara, drums, guitar, harmonica, harmonium, mandolin, piano, tabla, and various percussion instruments. He is one of the highest-paid singers in Assam.
Zubeen's Debut in singing as a career
When Garg won a gold prize for his solo western performance at a youth event in 1992, he gained the confidence to pursue a career as a singer. He then made a career out of music with the 1992 release of his first Assamese album, Anamika. Gaane Ki Aane was the first song he wrote for this album, this was done when he was just 13 years old. Other albums he later published include Xapunor Xur (1992), Junaki Mon (1993), Maya (1994), Asha (1995), Ujan Piriti (1995), Rong (1996), and many more.
Garg relocated to Mumbai in the mid-1990s to work in the Bollywood music industry, where he released his first Indipop solo album, Chandni Raat. Later, he released other Hindi albums and remixed songs, including Chanda (1996), Shradhaanjali vol: 1,2,3 (1996-97), Jalwa (1998), Yuhi Kabhi (1998), Jadoo (1999), Sparsh (2000), and others.
He sang in films such as Gaddaar (1995), Dil Se (1998), Doli Saja Ke Rakhna (1998), Fiza (2000), and Kaante (2002). [30] In 2003, he sang "Sapne Saare" and "Khwabon Ki" from the film Mudda-The Issue, "Mango Agar Dil Se Toh Khuda" from Chupke Se, "Holi Re" from Mumbai Se Aiya Mera Dost, and "Jo Pyar Tumne" from Jaal:The Trap.
