    Digital Desk: A young girl was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by a group of unidentified scoundrels in Guwahati.

    According to sources, the miscreants kidnapped the child in Goreswar, Kamrup district, and later dumped her in Indira Nagar in the city's Basistha region after executing the terrible crime.

    According to sources, the miscreants allegedly poisoned the girl before committing the act.

    Fortunately, the girl was discovered by residents, who alerted authorities. The girl was quickly rescued by local police.

    The girl is currently undergoing medical treatment.

    So far, no arrests have been made. Further investigation is underway.
