Digital Desk: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths recreated the crime scene at the location where the female police officer met with the fatal accident more than five months after the suspicious death of Assam Police sub-inspector (SI) Junmoni Rabha.

According to sources, a 12-member CBI team visited Kaliabor in the Nagaon district on Wednesday and carried out intensive operations for more than three hours.

At the scene of Junmoni Rabha's death at Sarubhagia along NH-39, the investigation team of officials conducted several tests. Additionally, the CBI team also looked for various samples at the scene of the incident.

A container truck and an S-Presso car in blue assisted the CBI in recreating the crime scene. When the team got to the Jakhalabandha police station, they examined the deceased officer's S-Presso car again.

A cell phone was also found in Junmoni Rabha's car by the CBI team. The S-Presso vehicle's entire parts were measured by the team.

It should be mentioned that in the most recent report on the matter, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) became aware of the controversial superintendent of police Leena Doley in July.

A team from the CBI reportedly questioned Hailakandi SP Doley about the shocking death of former Morikolong SI Junmoni Rabha.

According to highly placed sources, the interrogation was conducted at an unidentified location in the city of Guwahati.
