    Longest River Cruise Ganga Vilas will arrive in Assam tomorrow
    The MV Ganga Vilas will journey through Assam for 13 days before arriving in Dibrugarh on March 1.

    Digital Desk: Tomorrow (February 17), the MV Ganga Vilas, the world's longest river cruise, is slated to arrive in Dhubri, Assam, after which it will proceed on its intended course.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi essentially launched off the voyage on January 13 from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh; it is expected to arrive in Dibrugarh on March 1 after travelling around 3200 kilometres between NW-1 and 2 via the Indo-Bangladesh Protocol route.

    The MV Ganga Vilas will journey through Assam for 13 days before arriving in Dibrugarh on March 1. After passing through Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Kolkata, and Bangladesh, it will arrive in Dhubri.

    The 36-passenger MV Ganga Vilas boasts three decks, 18 suites, and a host of opulent amenities. 32 visitors from Switzerland have signed up for the entire duration of the inaugural trip.
