    Digital Desk: In a shocking incident, a train collided with a goods-carrying vehicle at the rail crossing close to Chungajan Railway Station in Assam's Golaghat district on Monday morning.

    According to sources, the train struck the Mahindra Mini truck with the license plate AS05 AC 3588 as it attempted to cross a rail.

    Fortunately, the driver of the vehicle just survived the collision due to his quick action.

    According to the locals, there is a label crossing facility close to the train station, which causes several accidents every year.

    A young man died last month in the Golaghat district after jumping off a moving train. On Sunday, the incident took place at the Sewaguri Railway Crossing in the Golaghat Dhansiri Subdivision. The train, according to sources, was going to Lower Assam.

    The deceased teenager was identified as Abdul Hanan, a Lanka Kaki native. According to reports, Abdul was hurt when he jumped off the train. His head and legs suffered severe wounds. Even though he was critically injured when he was brought to the Sarupathar Hospital, he eventually passed away there.
