The Assam State Election Commission has announced the dates of Panchayat Elections in two phases, with counting date on May 11, 2025.
Digital Desk: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced a list of 40-star campaigners for the upcoming Assam Panchayat Elections, scheduled in two phases on May 2 and May 7, 2025.
The key campaigners include Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, Assam BJP Chief Dilip Saikia, former Chief Minister and current Union Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal, Union Minister of State Pabitra Margherita, Panchayat & Rural Development Minister Ranjeet Kumar Dass, and several MPs, ministers, MLAs, and senior leaders. They will attend several public rallies, and campaign meetings of the party across the state.
