    Digital Desk: Pakistan captain Babar Azam is facing a difficult time off the field after his purported private chats and videos with a woman who is rumoured to be a Pakistani cricketer's girlfriend went viral on social media on Monday.



    Although the authenticity of these chats and videos cannot be established, but it is true to say that they caused quite a stir on the internet, with many claiming that the leaked video was real. However, many people believe that these recordings and chats are fake and were leaked on social media to harm Babar Azam's reputation.

     

    In the midst of the controversy, Babar took to Twitter and Instagram and shared a photo of himself with a caption, "Doesn't take too much to be happy."

    According to reports, the Pakistan Cricket Board is likely to remove Babar as the captain of the Test side following Pakistan's underwhelming performance in the match under his captaincy.

     

    Former head coach Misbah-ul-Haq stated that Babar's position in the Pakistan team is "weakened."

     

    "Cricket is in my blood, and I spend a lot of time watching and reading about it. And, as far as I can tell, Babar Azam's status in the team is deteriorating "Misbah told reporters in Lahore on Tuesday.
