Cricket Association of Bengal Requests BCCI to Permit Spectators at Eden Garden
Digital desk: For the last two T20Is of the three-match series against West Indies, the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to permit spectators at Eden Gardens.

A Twenty20 International series between India and West Indies will be held at the Eden Gardens Kolkata beginning on February 16.

In a statement, CAB said the BCCI had allowed only luxury boxes and upper-tier boxes for sponsors and representatives for the first match.

Despite the above, the CAB asked the BCCI again to reconsider and allow spectators for the remaining matches.

In addition, the Cricket Association of Bengal advised that it would inform all stakeholders once it received feedback from the board.

In this three-match ODI series, India beat West Indies 3-0.
