Digital Desk: Thursday's Google Doodle marked the start of the Men's Cricket World Cup 2023, which will begin at 2 PM at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Ten national squads are set to compete for the first-place trophy.
In the group stage, 45 matches will be contested, with each side scheduled to play every other team once. The tournament this year includes teams from Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.
The knockout stage, which includes two semi-final contests and The most awaited tournament will be played all across India, at stadiums in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Dharamsala and Pune.
