Digital Desk: The Delhi Capitals are currently going through a difficult time, both on and off the pitch. They have only two victories in seven games, which places them at the bottom of the IPL 2023 points table. To make things worse, they have been entangled in a number of controversies off the pitch. 

Recently, their top cricketers' kits were lost, only to be discovered a few days later. Now, it has been revealed that a DC cricketer allegedly misbehaved with a woman at a party, causing the franchise to adopt tough standards for all of its team members.

Reportedly, the Delhi Capitals issued a code of conduct to their players following their victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad on Monday. The incident with the player misbehaving with a woman happened a few days earlier at a franchise party. 

However, the Code of Conduct makes no mention of or provides any facts concerning the incident. One of the most significant points of the rules is that participants are not permitted to bring visitors to their hotel rooms after 10 p.m. They can amuse guests in the hotel lobby or cafeteria.

The direction also notes that any violations of the rules may result in a fine or possibly contract termination. The decision is intended to protect the franchise's image and reputation.

Reportedly, family members may join players or support staff on their travels. However, if they intend to stay in the hotel room, they have to get permission from the franchise.

The Delhi Capitals recently staged a spectacular comeback after losing five consecutive matches. They won back-to-back games, including a thrilling victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad. Despite gathering an insignificant score of 144/9 in their 20 overs, Delhi Capitals able to restrict Sunrisers Hyderabad to 137/6.

The Delhi Capitals have only 13 runs to defend in the final over. They won by five runs thanks to the outstanding effort of speedster Mukesh Kumar. Kumar expressed his happiness at being able to accomplish his aim of winning a match for the Delhi Capitals in the last over. According to the Delhi Capitals, he stayed focused on his goal and held his nerve. It was an outstanding performance that enabled the Delhi Capitals to gain a much-needed victory.
