Digital Desk: On Sunday (November 5), India and South Africa will square off in an epic duel at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The 37th match of the ICC World Cup 2023 will feature a high-voltage showdown between the two table-toppers.

Both sides enter the pitch having won their previous matches by large margins. South Africa defeated New Zealand by 190 runs, while India defeated Sri Lanka by 302 runs. 

India is hoping to continue its winning streak, while South Africa will strive for the top spot in the points table. While India leads with seven wins in seven games, the Proteas are second with 12 points in seven games.

The pitch at Eden Gardens in Kolkata suits batsmen and produces high-scoring matches.
