Should players have sex before major games with high stakes? This is something the doctor says to the players before the game.

Digital Desk: The T20 World Cup 2022 match between India and Pakistan is about to begin. Due to the infrequent meetings between these two teams, the game is predicted to be an intense contest. The degree of enthusiasm among supporters is massive whenever they do.

The athletes seems to be under a lot of pressure, in the world Cup game the two teams have been always battled face to face and their game is what create the best suspense, first of all, and it's against their bitterest opponents.

A lot of criticism from the supporters can result from losing to Pakistan. On the internet, the players are roasted and mocked. Additionally, they want to demonstrate that they are match-winners, thus facing Pakistan and India has its own freight.

In the midst of this,An Indian sexologist has suggested a novel approach for players to relieve stress before key matches. He recommends all players to have sex before the game since it relaxes them.

Prakash Kothari, an Indian sexologist, was quoted in a news clip that is going viral on the internet saying that athletes' performance improves after a round of sex. On bdcrictime, he was quoted as saying, "Satisfactory sex can help players perform well on the field. This has been demonstrated. Wardell Pomeroy, a world-renowned US sexologist, told me this based on interviews with a few athletes who won gold medals after having sex with their spouses."

"Sex is a power-booster, and the players should try it," he added.

However, another expert, Dr. Sanjay Deshpande, believes that no research has been conducted in the topic. So far, there has been no research into sports performance following sexual intercourse.

It is also true that current Indian mental conditioning coach Paddy Upton wrote in his 2019 book The Barefoot Coach that he instructs Indian players to have sex before matches in the 2011 World Cup.
