    Digital Desk: HMD Global, the parent company of the Nokia phone brand, said on Thursday that the Nokia C31, a new affordable smartphone in the C-series, will be launched in India. In addition to other features, the smartphone includes a 6.7-inch HD display, a three-day battery life, Android 12, and triple rear and selfie cameras powered by Google, and other features.


    The Nokia C31 is available in two memory capacities. The phone's basic model includes 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There is also a model with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage capacity. The former costs Rs 9,999, while the latter goes for Rs 10,999.


    The Nokia C31 smartphone's 6.74-inch, 2.5D toughened glass display offers a resolution of 1600 x 720. The device's front-facing 5-megapixel camera is great for snapping selfies. On the back of the device, there are three cameras. The LED light works in tandem with the 13-megapixel main AF, 2-megapixel depth FF, and 2-megapixel macro FF.


    The smartphone is powered by an unknown octa-core CPU. It is powered by Android 12 and has up to 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity is staggering at 64 GB. The internal capacity of the Nokia C31 can be increased by a microSD card by up to 256 gigabytes, and the device supports two SIM cards.

Five Nokia phones have reportedly been selected to receive the upgrade, according to a claim by the Chinese website IT Home. According to recent statements from Nokia, all upgradeable devices have been updated to Android 12, and the company is now focusing on the release of Android 13.
