Thirty-eight of them were transferred to a Halol referral hospital after suffering injuries...

Digital Desk: As many as 38 State Reserve Police (SRP) personnel were injured, nine of them were in critical condition after a bus carrying them overturned in a hilly area at Halol in Panchmahal district of Gujarat on Monday evening. 

As per initial reports,  the bus overturned when the driver lost control of it due to brake failure and as a result, the bus went downhill and overturned.

After participating in a three-day fire training exercise at the Pavagadh foothills, the jawans were making their way back to Dahod.

"At the time of the accident, the bus included fifty jawans. Thirty-eight of them were transferred to a Halol referral hospital after suffering injuries. Nine of them had severe injuries and were taken to a government hospital in Vadodara for further treatment while 29 of them were discharged after primary treatment," said police inspector RA Jadeja.
