Decomposed body of J&K MLA found in Delhi flat

New Delhi: National Conference leader Trilochan Singh Wazir’s decomposed body was found at an apartment in West Delhi on Thursday.

Wazir was missing since September 3. A case of murder has been registered at the Moti Nagar Police Station.

The body was found inside the bathroom in a decomposed state.

Police said Wazir's body was found after they were informed about a foul smell at an apartment in Moti Nagar. The door of the apartment was not locked from inside, and it was bolted from outside.

A team of police officials broke into the flat and found Trilochan Singh Wazir's body lying on the bathroom floor in a decomposed state. Wazir's mobile phone was found next to his body, police said.

According to police, one Harpreet Singh Khalsa had rented the room where Trilochan Singh Wazir was found dead. Khalsa is believed to be absconding and police are trying to track him down.
