The Kuhe Sabz area bases were reportedly among the largest operated by the group...

Digital Desk: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran claimed responsibility for targeting and demolishing two bases affiliated with the Jaish ul-Adl terror group in Pakistan's Balochistan province. The Kuhe Sabz area bases were reportedly among the largest operated by the group, and the attack involved a combination of missiles and drones, as reported by Iranian state media.

Pakistani officials have neither confirmed nor denied Iran's reported strikes on Jaish ul-Adl, a group known for previous attacks on Iranian security forces in the border region shared with Pakistan.

In a separate development, the IRGC announced an attack on what it referred to as the "espionage headquarters" of Israel's Mossad intelligence agency in Iraq's Kurdistan region. The elite force also claimed strikes against the Islamic State in Syria and operations targeting entities involved in terrorist activities within Iran.

Notably, no US facilities were reported impacted by these missile strikes, according to statements from two US officials cited by Reuters. These actions add to concerns amid the escalating conflict in the Middle East, fueled by hostilities between Israel and the Palestinian group Hamas since October 7 of the previous year.

Iran, a supporter of Hamas, has accused the US of endorsing what it calls Israeli war crimes in Gaza. The US, while supporting Israel's military campaign, has expressed concerns about civilian casualties among the Palestinian population.

The complexity of the situation is heightened by the involvement of Iran's allies, extending from Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq to Yemen. The region faces ongoing geopolitical challenges, with military actions and accusations contributing to the tensions in the already volatile Middle East.
