In the early hours of Monday, Israel bombarded locations near three hospitals in the Gaza Strip...

Digital Desk: In the past 24 hours, at least 266 Palestinians, including 117 children, have died, along with 30 more after Israeli airstrikes hit a residential structure in Gaza in the al-Shuhada section of the Jabalia refugee camp.

According to Palestinian media, the attack completely demolished the structure and several neighboring houses.

In the early hours of Monday, Israel bombarded locations near three hospitals in the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian media. However, it was not immediately clear whether the hospitals themselves suffered damage. According to the report, Israel attacked near the Indonesian Hospital and the Shifa and Al-Quds hospitals in Gaza City's north.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society had earlier claimed that Israel had told them to leave the Al-Quds hospital.

Israeli aircraft also attacked southern Lebanon overnight as it continued to assault Gaza on Monday morning. According to Palestinian media, the attacks in Gaza were centered in the north and center.

Health officials in Gaza reported that a minimum of 4,600 people had died during Israel's two-week assault, which started after the Palestinian organization Hamas launched an unexpected attack on Israel on October 7 that claimed 1,400 lives.
