We condemn the massacre of innocent Indians and want barbarism and violence to come to an end. We ask for eliminating terrorism within Indian territories. Location: north Lakhimpur bypass"

Neelim, a dropout student of the Delhi College of Arts, started his first street art in 2012 on the wall of a grocery store in his neighbourhood.

His renowned works include the artwork of singer Zubeen Garg in the Lakhimpur bypass and several other places.
