Madhya Pradesh: A 19-year-old disabled boy died after he collapsed while playing PUBG on his mobile phone on Tuesday in Madhya Pradesh's Dewas district, said police.

Deepak Rathore, who lived in the Shanti Nagar colony, was a class 11 student who allegedly collapsed while playing PUBG on his mobile phone at his home, said Anil Sharma, in charge of the Industrial Area police station.

Deepak was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where the doctor declared him to be dead, said Sharma.

Deepak had a disability in his legs, stayed at home, and used to spent time playing games on his mobile phone and attending online classes, the official said.

The deceased's body was handed over to the family after the post-mortem, and the reports are sent to Bhopal for examination, said Sharma.

Initial investigation has revealed that the boy might have died due to cardiac arrest, the official said. A case has been registered, and further investigation is going on.
