The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) are co-organizing the three-day event.

Digital Desk: The Department of Telecom announced on social media platform X on Wednesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 7th edition of the country’s biggest telecom industry event, 'India Mobile Congress 2023'.

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) are co-organizing the three-day event.

 “Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi set to inaugurate India Mobile Congress 2023 on 27th October 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi,” DoT wrote on X.

It is expected that this year's event will feature over 1,00,000 participants, over 1,300 delegates, over 400 speakers, over 225 exhibitors, and 400 startups. Thirteen different countries will be represented in total.

Additionally, the India Mobile Congress this year will launch a startup program called "Aspire," which will focus on igniting the growth of entrepreneurship among young innovators and industry delegates in the telecom and other digital areas.
