Rahul Gandhi won from Wayanad in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. He is now seeking a successive term for the seat.

The opposition INDIA bloc's ally, the Communist Party of India (CPI), will face off against Rahul Gandhi, which is an interesting matchup. The leader of the BJP's Kerala branch, K Surendran, is his rival.

With 20 Lok Sabha seats, Kerala will hold a single phase of voting on April 26. The Lok Sabha elections, however, are scheduled for April 19 across 39 Tamil Nadu constituencies.

Counting of votes will be held on June 4
