Imagine Prabhu Dyal's surprise as he was digging the ground for a new home and stumbled upon three ancient Hindu statues, each telling its own story. Among them were depictions of Vishnu, the preserver, and Goddess Lakshmi, the symbol of wealth and prosperity, both individually and in a divine embrace.
Adding to the intrigue were whispers of a golden pot and a treasure trove of coins, although they remained elusive at the time of the report. The statues, crafted from bronze and estimated to be around four centuries old, have captured the attention of the local authorities. They've been handed over to the Haryana government for closer inspection under the watchful eye of Dr. Banani Bhattacharyya, the Deputy Director of the Haryana Department of Archaeology and Museums.
