Digital Desk: Kajol announced on Friday afternoon that she would be taking a break from social media. The actress deleted all of her older Instagram posts, however, her Twitter profile still has earlier posts. Without providing much information, Kajol wrote this in her latest Instagram and Twitter post, "Facing one of the toughest trials of my life." She captioned it, "Taking a break from social media." While the actress hasn't revealed why she removed all of her posts, the Internet flooded her post with comments like "Sending love" and "That's okay. Take the time you need. I still love you and I want you to be happy." "Sending you love and hug🥺 I hope everything's gonna be fine soon. Take your time," another user wrote. While "Take ur time queen, hope u r fine there. Sending u lots of love and hugs. We will always be here for u❤️ we love u queen," another one wrote.
In terms of work, Kajol was most recently seen in Salaam Venky, alongside Vishal Jethwa and Aamir Khan (in a cameo appearance). The movie directed by Revathy was released last year. The actress will next be featured in Netflix's anthology film Lust Stories 2. Kajol is well recognized for her roles in popular and highly acclaimed films such as Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., Baazigar, Gupt, Dushman, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and My Name Is Khan, among others.
In recent years, she has acted in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, a National Award-winning film co-starring her husband Ajay Devgn and actor Saif Ali Khan. She also made her digital debut in the Netflix film Tribhanga.
