Digital Desk: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is anticipated to release the first list of candidates for the Lok Sabha Elections of 2024 with over 100 names, reports emerged on Saturday.

 According to sources, this development comes after the Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired over at his Delhi home.
 
 It was stated that the meeting, which started at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, ended in the wee hours on Friday.

There were several people in attendance at this meeting, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, State Presidents, Chief Ministers, JP Nadda, the National President of the BJP, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Organization General Secretary BL Santosh, and In-charges, Co-Incharges, and Election In-charges of different states.

It has been reported that the saffron-colored party will probably announce around 100 candidates on its first list. A goal of the BJP-led NDA is to secure 400 seats in the upcoming general elections.
