After claiming to have a respiratory infection, Sonia Gandhi was taken to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on January 4.

Digital Desk: Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi was admitted for a viral respiratory infection at the national capital's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and then released on Tuesday.

Her condition was stabilised, according to hospital doctors, and she was later released.

According to Dr. Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of the Board of Management at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi was released from the hospital on January 10 at 3 p.m. in stable and good condition.

After claiming to have a respiratory infection, Sonia Gandhi was taken to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on January 4.

Sonia Gandhi joined Bharat Jodo Yatra on December 24.

The Wayanad MP posted an emotional message on Twitter as the Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arrived in the nation's capital on Saturday. He said that he shared with the country the affection he had received from his mother and former Congress leader Sonia Gandhi.

On Saturday morning, Bharat Jodo Yatra, the mass outreach initiative of Congressman Rahul Gandhi, arrived in the capital. In the nation's capital, Sonia Gandhi participated in the Yatra. Along with her husband Robert Vadra, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi participated in the yatra.
