LA model Maleesa Mooney's body found in fridge, her ankles and wrists bound: Autopsy
Maleesa Mooney's autopsy revealed that she had suffered blunt force injuries to her face, head, back, and upper left arm, according to a New York Post article.

Digital Desk: The autopsy report on the 31-year-old model who was discovered dead in her Los Angeles residence on September 12 reveals that she was two months pregnant and had engaged in physical altercations before her death.

Maleesa Mooney's autopsy revealed that she had suffered blunt force injuries to her face, head, back, and upper left arm, according to a New York Post article.

According to toxicology studies, she had a combination of ethanol and cocaethylene in her systems along with medications like benzoylecgonine.

"However, these injuries imply that Ms. Mooney was probably engaged in a serious physical conflict before her death, given the circumstances surrounding her discovery. In light of this, it is unclear what, if any, part drugs or alcohol may have played in Ms. Mooney's demise, the reports said.

Notably, on September 12, Mooney's body was found inside a refrigerator with her hands and ankles chained together and her mouth muffled. She was also two months pregnant, according to her sister, when she passed away.

Her death had been classified as "homicidal violence" by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

According to police, they also discovered an iCloud alert on Mooney's devices, alerting her family that her killer was trying her MacBook and iPhone.

Model and sister Jourdin Pauline remarked, "It hurts to even think about what my sister went through," in an interview with a local news channel.
