With just a few days left in hands for the term- 2 exams, students, gear up your will power and learn some brilliant tips to cope with the speed of your learning from the previous year's batch.
Digital Desk: The term 2 exams for classes 10 and 12 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will commence on April 26. Class 12 examinations will begin with entrepreneurship, while class 10 exams will begin with art. In addition, unlike the first term, when the question paper was in the MCQ format, the second will be in the subjective format.
This mandates a different approach to preparation. Internal choices, as well as subjective and case-based questions, will be included in the questions. With only a few days till the session's final exams, here are some advice from the top CBSE 2020 and 2021 students on how to top the boards:
Hiteshwar Sharma- Hiteshwar, a Chandigarh native, was the highest student in the CBSE Class 12 board exams in 2021. He was a student at Bhavan Vidyalaya in Panchkula's Sector-15 and received a top score in sociology, political science, economics, and physical education. He claimed the mantra for exam preparation is "constant study with full focus" and "frequent revisions." "You can't become a topper with just a two-month study; you have to work hard for years," he remarked.
Aishaani Vaidya- Aishaani, the 2021 class 12 topper from Army Public School in Noida, earned a score of 499 out of 500. In English, Economics, Computer Science, and Psychology, she received a perfect score of 100. The only subject in which she received a failing grade was mathematics. The final exams were cancelled by CBSE last year, and the results were calculated using an alternate formula that included internal assessments.
Aishaani had to take online lessons like other students. "Learning online has been challenging. However, I do not believe that every child has the opportunity to do so. Our teachers were always by our sides, assisting us with our studies. "It becomes even more challenging if teachers do not assist you with your studying," Aishaani says.
Tushar Singh- Tushar Singh of Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr, scored a 500/500 in the arts stream in Class 12 in 2020. However, he did not attend any classes. Because the CBSE had to cancel the exam that year because of the Covid-19 outbreak, the results were announced through internal assessment. As a result, he took a more laid-back attitude to his studies. "When I was studying, I didn't have a set schedule. "I only studied for about 7 hours a day," he explained.
Karishma Arora and Hansika Shukla-Karishma Arora and Hansika Shukla tied for first place in 2019. Both of them received 499 points. Karishma, a Muzaffarnagar native, was also the first student from her city to achieve a perfect score in the CBSE Class 12 exams. She credited her "careful planning" over the year for helping her obtain the score. She also made time for Kathak, a stress reliever for her. On the other hand, Hansika organised her syllabus into chapters and subjects. She also read newspapers to keep up with current events.
