Digital Desk : A new controversy has erupted between singers Diljit Dosanjh and AP Dhillon. It took centre stage during AP Dhillon's concert in Chandigarh where he accused Diljit of blocking him on Instagram.
Dhaka: Durga Puja is known to be the biggest religious and cultural festival of the Bengali Hindu community. It is not just regarded as a festival, but it is treated as an emotion. Bengalis living in different parts of the world come together and reunite with their family and friends during this time of the year. It is also a time of communal integrity and harmony.
Apart from India, Durga Puja is also considered to be one of the most prominent festivals in the Islamic majority Bangladesh. Like every year, this year too Bangladesh is gearing up to welcome Maa Durga, while maintaining all the health precautions amidst the COVID pandemic.
According to reports from the United News of India, the temples across the country are readying themselves for the festivities. Some of the main puja attractions in the capital city of Dhaka are Dhakeshwari National Temple, Ramkrishna Mission and Math, Kalabagan, Bananai, Shakhari Bazar, and Ramna Kali Mandir.

Durga Puja will be celebrated in around 32,118 pandals across Bangladesh this year. While there will be around 238 pandals in the city of Dhaka itself.
On this occasion, the leaders of the Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad in a statement has urged all the devotees to sincerely follow proper COVID precautions and guidelines outlined by its government during the puja festivities.
The five day long celebrations will start with Maha Sashthi on 11th October and end with the immersion of deity on 15th.
