World’s most ‘boring jobs’, ‘boring person’ revealed by researchers, details here

Moreover, Religion, watching TV, bird watching, and smoking were named the most boring hobbies in the world.

Digital Desk: A research group has been looking for the most boring person in the world for quite some time, and it appears that they have finally found the answer.

According to the University of Essex researchers, the answer is a religious data entry worker, who enjoys watching TV and those who live in a town.

The research data included more than 500 people from five different experiences where they studied a variety of professions, and in the final result, they determined that cleaning, banking, data analysis, and accounting were the most boring jobs in the world.

“The irony is studying boredom is actually very interesting and has many real-life impacts,” said researcher Wijnand Van Tilburg.

“These papers show how persuasive perceptions of boredom are and what an impact this can have on people,” Tilburg added.

Moreover, Religion, watching TV, bird watching, and smoking were named the most boring hobbies in the study, published in the ‘Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.’

It goes on to say that boring people tend to live in small towns rather than big cities and that stereotypically boring people are generally avoided and disliked by those around them.

The study said that those viewed as boring might be prone to addiction and mental health issues.

The report also said that they struggle to form interpersonal relationships with other people, which is a major contributing factor to their mental health issues.

On the other hand, the researchers discovered that performing arts, science, journalism, health professions, and teaching are the most exciting jobs in the world.
