     Digital Desk: National  youth day also known as Rashtriya Yuva divas is observed annually on 12th January in India to mark the important teaching and philosophies of one India’s most iconic spiritual leaders, Swami Vivekananda . The youth comprise nearly 40% of an Indian population, and it is aged between 15-29years.     Viksit Bharat Young Leaders 2025
     This year's event ‘Vikshit Bharat Young Leaders 2025’ is  on 11-12th January 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on the occasion of 162nd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The event was inaugurated by the union minister Dr. Mankush Mandaviya, where different approach to traditional national youth festival is being introduced.





     



    Today, on 12th January the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will interact with 3000 young leaders, who were selected from 30lakhs participants. This unique platform will allow participants to showcase their ideas of what future should look, and it will basis on 10 different topics such as technology, sustainability, women’s role and many more. The event will also be accompanied by presenting he selections of the best essays on various topics. It will be boost for youth to muster their confidence and share a great experience with the prime minister of the country.



     



    The goals of National Youth Day are to provide a positive attitude to the youth of the country and to guide them toward a path of success, enabling them to become a valuable asset to the nation.

     

    This day indicates the new generations of youth of India who are important to our country’s future are in safe hands. Different government parades such as NYKS, NYC and NYLP bring about radical changes, the youth are ready to achieve their dreams and also contribute to the country. These efforts give a direction to the vision of Swami Vivekananda to make India a prodigal and self-reliant.
