A five-part web series titled "Zubeen-Manasor Jatra" is set to premiere, offering a nostalgic dive into the legendary duo's journey between 2004 and 2005.
The series will capture the journey of Zubeen Garg and Manas Robin as they travelled from Sadiya to Dhubri, creating unforgettable moments on Bihu stages across Assam. It will serve as a vivid documentation of that era.
For those who never got the chance to witness Zubeen Garg live on stage 20 years ago, this series will be an emotional offering. It also aims to bring alive the essence of Assam from that time.
Speaking about the initiative, Manas Robin said, "I urge everyone to perform Zubeen Garg's songs on Bihu stages with sincerity and perfection. This is a small effort to keep his legacy alive."
The five-part web series will be released on the first day of Rongali Bihu and will be available for viewers on OTT platform Luit App.
The journey, highlighting Zubeen Garg's magical voice and his bond with Manas Robin, is expected to add a new dimension to this year's Bihu celebrations in Assam.
