Digital Desk: Aditya Dhar’s spy thriller Dhurandhar emerged as the biggest winner at the awards ceremony, securing an impressive 14 trophies, while Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound was honoured with the Best Film award.


Held in Mumbai on Sunday- 5th April, the ceremony celebrated the finest performances and cinematic achievements of the year. Homebound, featuring Janhvi Kapoor, Vishal Jethwa, and Ishaan Khatter, triumphed over strong contenders including Dhadak 2, Dhurandhar, Haq, Saiyaara, Sitaare Zameen Par, Superboys of Malegaon, and Chhaava.


Aditya Dhar was named Best Director for Dhurandhar, while Ranveer Singh won the Best Actor (Male) award for his role as an Indian spy operating in Pakistan. In the supporting category, Akshaye Khanna received the Best Supporting Actor (Male) award for portraying a gangster in the same film.


In the Best Actor (Female) category, Yami Gautam won the award for her performance in Haq. Other notable winners included Shalini Vatsa, who secured the Best Supporting Actor (Female) award for Homebound.


The event highlighted a diverse range of films and performances, with Dhurandhar dominating the night in multiple categories, while Homebound took home the top honour for Best Film.
