  • Arup Bora from Bihpuria had been working as a security guard in Hyderabad for the past two months

Digital Desk: Another case of an Assamese youth going missing outside the state has surfaced.

Arup Bora, the second son of Narayan Bora and Renu Mudoi Bora from Bihpuria, had been working as a security guard in Hyderabad for the past two months.

Due to health concerns, Arup booked a train ticket to return home on June 14, although he informed his family that he would travel on June 20.

However, his family lost all communication with him on June 16. Despite several attempts to contact Arup over the phone, he remained unreachable, leaving the family deeply worried and distressed.

In response to the current situation, the family has filed a complaint at the Bihpuria police station.

Seeking urgent assistance to locate their missing son, the family, along with local villagers, has made a heartfelt appeal to Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

They are now hoping for CM Sarma's intervention to ensure Arup's safe return home.
