Digital Desk: India's first 'Gen Beta' baby was born in Aizawl City, Mizoram on January 1, 2025. The baby boy created a record of being the first 'Gen Beta' baby. The baby was born at a government hospital in Aizawl at 12:03 AM on New Year's Day.

This marked the beginning of a new generation called 'Gen Beta'. This generation includes children born from the first day of 2025 to the last day of 2039.

The second 'Gen Beta' baby is also a boy born at the Presbyterian Synod Hospital of Mizoram at 12:35 AM. Interestingly, 36 babies were born between 3 PM on December 31 and 7 AM on January 1 in different Aizawl hospitals.

The 'Generation Beta' entered right after the 'Gen Alpha'. 'Gen Alpha' was born between 2010 and 2024, while 'Gen Z' was born between 1997 and 2012, and millennials between 1981 and 1996.

The youngest human beings on earth, the 'Gen Beta' will make up 13% to 16% of the world population. From technology to culture to politics, this generation will reshape the world, according to experts. These kids are expected to witness a world that will be dominated by AI(artificial
intelligence) and many technological and scientific advancements.

But people are worried about these 'Gen Beta' kids as they might lack creativity due to overexposure to the tech-generated world. These kids are expected to see the 22nd century also. People are assuming that 'Gen Gamma' will follow 'Gen Beta' after 2039.
