In a lighthearted moment, he confidently but incorrectly stated that "DC" stands for "District City"

Digital Desk: In a rather unexpected and slightly humorous incident, a young aspiring candidate forgot his nomination speech entirely during his interview with the reporter while submitting his nomination papers.

Believed to be one of the youngest candidates contesting in his district, the hopeful individual hails from the Birsing Gaon Panchayat under the Birsing Jarua constituency. This candidate currently serves as a ward member and is now contesting as an independent candidate.

He became the talk of the town, as he forgot the important key details while completing his nomination proceedings before media interviewers. The candidate openly stated his inability to understand the nomination form since it was written in Assamese, as he struggles to read and understand Assamese.

In a moment that drew both surprise and amusement, he confidently stated that DC stands for "District City" and also failed to recall the name of the District Commissioner.

Despite not knowing the official terms, he  sincerely wishes to serve the people. People have reacted with conflicting feedback online to his candid statements about his lack of knowledge, while others applauded and supported  his sincere dedication to serve the people.

The incident highlights a specific aspect of local governance where people with good intentions usually lack adequate experience yet maintain a genuine desire to serve.
