Digital Desk: A major fire broke out at a hardware shop along the AT Road in Sivasagar, causing extensive damage to the establishment.
As per reports, the shop dealt in aluminium and glass materials and was owned by a local businessman identified as Umesh Yadav. The blaze rapidly spread through the premises, completely destroying the shop and all the goods stored inside.
The fire reduced the entire stock to ashes, resulting in significant losses for the owner. Further details regarding the cause of the fire were not immediately known.
