The Polo shopping mall will revolutionize Meghalaya’s shopping experience…

Digital Desk: Good news shopping lovers as Polo in Shillong is all set to inaugurate its first modern shopping mall. Developed by Badri Rai Company, this architectural wonder has been constructed at a total investment of ₹85 crore out of which the built-up area measures 1.5 Lakh square feet and stretched over six floors. As per sources, indicate the construction is fully complete and the state government has set 21st January as the tentative date of launch, still an official announcement is still pending.

The shopping mall will cater to 90 shops , mechanized car parks, 12 escalators, 5 lifts and huge elevated food plaza. With Modern necessities, it flexibly serves as an area for installing charging stations for electrical vehicles as well as office spaces on the fifth and sixth floor. An enclosed children’s play area, it will be helpful for families, providing an all-round entertainment venue for the young and the young at heart.

Once it started operating with proper infrastructure it will completely transform the lifestyle and shopping experience in Meghalaya, providing the residents with comfort along with sophistication. Moreover, the upcoming mall will revolutionize Shillong’s skyline for better and it will also boost the state’s economy.

This iconic building is also regarded as an excellent commercial and social complex that will enhance the quality of life and deliver sophisticated shopping throughout the city.
