This unique event took place at the Ikora Excellence Academy in Mayong, Morigaon district.
Digital Desk: In a special school in Mayong, students took on the roles of vendors, while the customers were parents and teachers. Students operated a marketplace within the school premises where they displayed a wide range of items including vegetables and clothing as well as jewelry along with fruits along with shoes and sandals and fish products. A lively environment existed within the school courtyard and it was filled with various items.
Children at the Ikora Excellence Academy in Mayong, Morigaon district participated in this special event that showcased them through unexpected positions to their students. The market event, is called “Okanir Bazaar” it received overwhelming support when it was held for the first time in the previous year, it earned widespread appreciation from the community. The purpose of this event, supervised by principal Abdur Rahim students would learn mathematics and business skills while receiving regular education.
The parents and teacher supported the event and was appreciated by the principal, the principle also show appreciation towards the students. The academy president Ziyabur Rahman thanked all contributors for achieving event success because the initiative pursued to build students' practicing expertise together with entrepreneurial orientation.
