Two team leaders from each district of Assam will be appointed to oversee the participants.

Digital DesK: On 7th December, the Ratnagarbha Tejaswini  Foundation is set to create will a Guinness World Record by organizing the largest performance of Dihanam at Sivasagar. A mass performance of Dihanam is a type of congregational prayer by women and young girls, praising the Assamese saint Sankardev, simultaneously for 30 minutes. The grand performance will unite nearly 20,000 participants to perform Dihaman. The grand performance of Dihaman will spread across three core locations of Assam, which are Majuli and Namoni, and Sivasagar.

The Foundation runs a fundraising campaign to finance this world record attempt without accepting financial support from the government. For the smooth functioning of the event, 100 volunteers have been assigned to look after the event. Two team leaders selected from each district will supervise participants as 20,000 women initiate training in June after district-level workshops run from May onwards.

The event serves dual purposes to showcase Assam's diverse cultural heritage as well as provide empowerment opportunities to women. The outstanding initiative of the Ratnagarbha Tejaswini Foundation will unite women from all regions of Assam for an extraordinary traditional arts performance.
