Digital Desk: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Final Result 2024 on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Shakti Dubey from Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj has secured the top position in the civil services exam.
The UPSC announced the final result on its official website: upsc.gov.in.
A total of 1,009 candidates have been selected for appointments across various services like IAS, IFS, IPS, and Central Services Group A and B. Of these, 725 are men and 284 are women.
Out of the top five candidates who cleared the UPSC 2024, three are women and two are men.
Earlier, a total of 2,845 candidates were qualified for the final interview.
The civil services exam, conducted annually in three stages- preliminary, main, and interview- selects officers for appointments in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS).
