Earlier today, Bajrang Dal members in Gujarat broke into a multiplex in Ahemdabad and started protesting against Khan's movie.

Digital Desk: Shah Rukh Khan and the Pathaan team unveiled a new character poster of the birthday girl Deepika Padukone as the actress turned 37 today. With a heartfelt message for his co-star, Shah Rukh Khan shared a new poster of Deepika's character from the movie.

Deepika portrays a fiery agent holding a gun outside a base in the image posted by SRK. Deepika's personality seems committed to getting rid of criminals. Along with the picture, Khan sent special words for his co-star.

SRK taking Twitter wrote, "To my dearest @deepikapadukone- how you have evolved to own the screen in every avatar possible! Always proud and always wishing for you to scale new heights… happy birthday… lots of love..." 


Shah Rukh Khan's return in Pathaan will mark more than just his comeback; it will be SRK and Deepika's fourth union. Om Shanti Om, starring Shah, was the Padmavat actress's Bollywood debut. Later, Deepika appeared with Khan in Billu as a cameo.
 
With Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express, the popular pair delivered their second smash hit of 2013. Farah Khan's Happy New Year was released after the winning streak (2014). After nine years, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika will reunite for Pathaan.

Members of the group started destroying movie posters, and they even tore down the enormous movie board that had been set up in front of the ticket booth. This is when the demonstration turned violent. In the footage, Bajrang Dal members can be seen kicking Pathaan cutouts while yelling anti-movie chants.

Earlier uproar surrounded Deepika Padukone's saffron bikini in the Pathaan song Besharam Rang. A lot of people complained about the movie and said that the production crew had offended their religious sentiments. Pathaan will hit cinemas on January 25, 2023.
