We will raise our voice for Muslims against any country, including Kashmir: Taliban

Kabul: Amid the ongoing concern of India about using the soil of Afghanistan for anti-India activity under the Taliban rule, the terror group said it would raise its voice for Muslims anywhere in the world, including Kashmir.

But, the Taliban pointed out that the group doesn't have the policy to raise their voice through arms against any country.

In an interview with a news channel, Taliban spokesperson Suhail Shaheen stated, "We have the right to raise our voice for Muslims against any country including Kashmir."

"Muslims are our people; they should be entitled to equal rights under the laws." added the spokesperson.

Notably, after taking control of Kabul, the Taliban stated that Kashmir is a bilateral and integral matter.

On Thursday, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi stated that India's main aim is to ensure that Afghanistan land is not used for terror activities.

Recently, the Indian Ambassador to Qatar Deepak Mittal met Taliban senior leader Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai and conveyed India's concern that no terrorist group shouldn't use the Afghanistan soil for anti-Indian activities.

Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) informed that the discussion also stressed the safety, security and early return of Indian nationals trapped in Afghanistan and the travel of Afghan nationals, especially members of minority communities, to India.

India is worried that Afghanistan will become the epicentre of Islamic terrorism, a first of its kind that has a state. In the past, ISIS and AL Qaeda tried to establish a state but failed.
Moreover, there is fear that Sunni and the Wahabi terrorist group will turn the Taliban into their haven.

Government sources informed ANI, "The security vigil in Kashmir will be increased; however, things are in control and Pakistan sponsored groups in Afghanistan have little capacity to use the situation."

Moreover, the sources stated that the Pakistan spy agency ISI, which shares a good relationship with the Taliban, will try to direct the Taliban; however, it will not affect the Taliban as they now sit in a strong position.

Recently, Pakistan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government stated that the Taliban would help Pakistan Liberating Kashmir from India.
